Movers in Dubai Marina

High-Rise Specialists

Apartment Moves in Dubai Marina, JBR & the Walk

Moving in Dubai Marina is not like any other neighborhood in the city. Our team handles Marina tower moves every week, from studios in Cayan Tower to 4-bedroom penthouses at Marina Gate, and we know exactly what each building management requires before a single box leaves the lift.

Every Marina move we run includes service-elevator booking (required 48 hours ahead by most buildings), lobby floor protection, security deposit coordination where needed, and an approved moving time window that avoids peak tower congestion. We operate across all 40+ Marina towers, JBR residences, Dubai Marina Walk apartments, and Bluewaters Island.

Towers we move in regularly

Marina 101, Princess Tower, 23 Marina, Cayan Tower, Dubai Marina Mall Apartments, Marina Gate 1/2/3, Damac Heights, Ocean Heights, Marina Terrace, Al Sahab, Al Mesk, Elite Residence, The Torch, Marina Diamond, La Riviera, Marina Promenade, and every JBR Sadaf/Shams/Murjan/Bahar/Rimal cluster.

What Marina buildings typically require

Most Marina towers require a moving permit from building management, proof of insurance, use of the service elevator only (not passenger lifts), floor protection sheets in the lobby and lift, and moves scheduled between 10 AM and 4 PM on weekdays only. A few of the newer Marina Gate buildings require security to accompany the move. We handle all of this on your behalf.

Common Questions

Dubai Marina Moving FAQ

Yes. Most Marina buildings, including Marina Gate, Damac Heights, Princess Tower, Cayan Tower and the JBR clusters, require a moving permit from building management. We collect your tenancy contract and Emirates ID copies, fill in the building's form, pay any refundable deposit on your behalf, and submit it at least 48 hours before the move. You do not need to visit the management office.

Most Marina tower management offices only approve moves on weekdays between 10 AM and 4 PM. A few newer buildings allow Saturday mornings, but Fridays are rarely approved. If your tenancy date lands on a weekend, we recommend scheduling the actual move for the Thursday before or the Monday after, we can coordinate the timing with both outgoing and incoming building management.

Yes. Our teams regularly move clients above the 70th floor in Marina 101, Princess Tower and 23 Marina. Service lift timing is the main factor, we send enough packers to the apartment to load the lift the moment it arrives, so we are not waiting on empty runs. For very tall towers we send two crews and stage at ground level.

Studios and 1-bedroom apartments in Marina start from AED 600 to AED 1,400 depending on volume, floor, and service elevator fees. 2-bedroom and larger apartments are quoted after a short site visit or WhatsApp photos. Floor-level surcharges only apply if the building's lift is out of service on the day.

Yes, we handle incoming moves from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and other emirates into Marina apartments regularly. Cross-emirate moves are typically a single-day operation unless the origin property is very large. We include Sheikh Zayed Road transit, any Salik tolls, and service elevator booking at the Marina side in one transparent price.
